One of the first goals achieved by the team was the production of the ‘signature wine’ of this territory.  As well as employing state-of-the-art technology and expert knowledge, Massimo emphasised that the only way of guaranteeing the highest quality of wine is to vinify the harvested grapes immediately and personally supervise every stage of production to the finished Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Doc.
