 The Fasol Menin Winery is housed in a purpose-built brick and timber building, designed and erected by the de Nardos.

The choice of a chameleon as the logo for the winery is symbolic of the nature of the Prosecco and of the dramatic life-style changes made by Massimo and Silvana in pursuit of their dream.  Prosecco is a versatile wine that is equally tantalising on the pallette as an aperitif or whether it is partnered with the main course or the sweet.
