The continuing search for perfection in developing wine quality is a blend of scientific contribution and the skills of winegrowers, aided by the regular exchange of ideas and experience, with time set aside for study and research.  At the Fasol Menin Winery, the focus is not exclusively on the culture of winemaking; time and space are also set aside for arts and music – the common rooms at the winery have been designed to house art exhibitions, concerts, and literary meetings in promotion of the area and its culture.  Nor have children been forgotten, with lots of fun activities specifically for their entertainment.
